Refunds & Returns


Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have lapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, if applicable, such as:

-Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
-Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.

In any case beyond this, all returns are subject to a 30% Restocking Fee.

If the item was shipped with promotional Free Shipping, any shipping costs incurred by the shipper will be deducted from the total refund.

Seats (Slipstream, Gambler, etc):

All motorcycle seat orders are Final Sale! Due to the custom nature and individual fitment of each seat, we will not refund or exchange custom seat orders. Warranty claims on seats are not grounds for return or exchange; we will remedy any issues with any warranty claim and return the item back to you.

Any issues with custom seat orders must be made  and shipped back before 7 days. No exceptions.

If an error has been made while ordering, it can be approved for the purchaser to ship the seat back us for refund. In which case, a 30% restocking fee will be assessed.

If the item was shipped with promotional Free Shipping, any shipping costs incurred by the shipper will be deducted from the total refund.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you have yet to receive a refund, please check with your bank account first. Then contact your bank/credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of the above steps and still have not received a refund for your item(s), please contact us at

Sale items (if applicable):

Only regular priced items may be returned; ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL!

Exchanges (if applicable):

Replacement items are granted for exchange if they are defective or damaged due to a manufacturer defect. If you require an exchange, send us an email at


Order cancelations must occur within 24 hours of order placement. Seat orders will not be amended or canceled once the order is in production or completed before shipping as they are FINAL SALE and cannot be redone. No exceptions.

Lead Times

Seats are Made To Order due to each one being custom to each buyer and take an estimated 10-15 business days to complete before shipping as disclosed in the product page description.


You are responsible for paying return shipping on any item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for your item(s), the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where the item is being shipped, shipping times will vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, a trackable shipping service or purchasing additional shipping insurance should be considered. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please, make sure you use a reputable shipping company.

Items marked “Delivered” via tracking information are considered a Completed Transaction. We are not responsible for items taken/stolen after the fact.
