WHIPLASH™ motorcycle parts and accessories are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from date of purchase. This warranty does not include failure due to improper assembly by the end user, normal wear and tear, or general neglect. Surface finish imperfections and/or surface degradation due to aging and weather are not covered by this warranty.
If you are not confident installing or assembling any WHIPLASH™ product, please consult a motorcycle mechanic or fabrication professional. Due to the wide range of custom applications and methods of assembly for WHIPLASH™ products, we cannot be responsible for damage to your person or property due to improper installation and/or human error. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR LOST/STOLEN ITEMS.
To submit a product for warranty inspection, please follow these instructions:
1) Contact our us to retain an Return Merchandise Authorization number by e-mailing email@example.com
2) Include your full name, phone number, email and shipping address on a letter, and attach proof of purchase for our reference (invoice, bill of sale, cash receipt, etc.) No warranty claims will be considered without return of merchandise authorization and proof of purchase. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.
3) Pack the product with cover letter, proof of purchase and return merchandise authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the box/package in a tightly packed, well-sealed box.
4) Return the product via UPS, USPS or any other carrier that requires signature for delivery confirmation. We ARE NOT responsible for returned merchandise lost in transit. Ship to the address provided when contacted.
